Flash and Menu for Web Site

I have a work-in-progress web site for my company that I created. I have very basic skills in PSD 5.0 and I use DreamWeaver MX for web site editing. What I would like you to do is go look at my site first, then: (1) Propose a Flash to replace the top banner. Our logo must appear in there somewhere. The Flash animation should be "soothing" as to not grab all the attention from the content that will show below. (2) Propose a top-side menu navigation to replace the current top menu, this new menu must coexist with the flash above it so that both flow and look well aesthetically. (menu must not be flash itself) (3) Propose when you are going to start working on this. (4) Set the deadline for the project. I would prefer that it be done 7 days from acceptance. However if you need a little more time this will be OK as long as I approve and you deliver by your own deadline. (5) Although RAC does not require progress reports, I will require them as part of this project because project is time sensitive. I would like to see "betas" of what you are working on. You will receive FTP account to upload what you do and test and I would like to see the tests. (6) Implement and Deliver everything proposed on acceptance.
