I need to change the attached graphics file to capture the idea and concept but avoid legal and copyrights issues. I need the same content but with a different look, color, feel, and graphics pictures.
I would do this myself but I only have gimp and event that I am not well versed to use. I thought using visio etc but I am swamped with other work too. So if this is up your alley and understand the legal and artistic ramifications of using the idea but not the graphics then we can work together. I have always some work through my small business but I cannot pay top dollar, (albeit this is a simple enough to be able to do it here)
