Web Graphics Designer Guru

I have a web site under construction with the layout and main "theme" completed. To this point we have been using pre-made marketing graphics as they turn out its simply not good enough. Seeking a graphics designer guru who is very creative and can integrate/alter new/existing graphics to fit well with our web site and what we will be doing. Currently there are about 6-7 graphics to be done. The bid winner will create sketch/mockup ideas until the idea is approved for development, in this manner your time won't be wasted with graphics that will get rejected. If your work is *exceptional* we will consider inviting you exclusively to do some more work for us. The bid winner will receive more details about what is to be done and address of our test site. We are a technology company so you can expect to be producing graphics in that theme. I expect that this project would not take more than two weeks if you can provide excellent ideas for the graphics pieces that will go on the web page. Skills Required: Must be CREATIVE. Must be a guru in Photoshop. Must know HTML and layers. Must respond to email inquiries, keep us informed about what you are doing in a timely manner. Deliverables: Graphics that integrate with our site. All Graphics to be delivered in 2 formats: Photoshop and JPEG. Copyrights/Ownership. Anything that you produce as a result of working in this project is our property, including all of the rights to use, distribute, and alter, and any other pertinent rights.
