This is to express my interest for the position Customer Support. I am currently unemployed as of the moment but have a part time job online as a telemarketer / appointment setting as I support my 3 children alone. But my previous employer was at GE as a Fraud Analyst for two months. But before that I worked at HSBC Electronic Data Processing Philippines or Hongkong and Shanghai Bank Call Center for four years as a Fraud Analyst. Before this job title I first became a Senior Phonebanker where we handle clients with deposit accounts with the bank. So it’s like working in a bank itself without seeing our clients face to face but only through the phone. Plus I also became an Authorizer where we receive calls from the acquiring bank making sure all transactions are legit and non fraudulent. In terms of customer service, I have the experience since 1998 since I also worked at fast foods and theme parks.

i have a do it and finish it quick attitude before the due date comes but with 100% accuracy and clean work that i am sure that the employer will be pleased with the work.
