Hello, I'd need customer care in French language for client's webshop Phone calls: 5 days a week in standard hours (8 hrs / day availability), avg. 4 x 3-4 minutes call daily e-mail: avg. 8-10 typical emails daily, standard questions about products and shipping, 7 days/week (for emails sent during 10:00 - 17:30 GMT, response within 1.5 hr; for emails sent during evening and nighttime GMT, response within next day noon) Please bid monthly pricing, Thank you Bests
