I require an organisation to provide me a customer service help desk from 6 AM through to 6 PM Eastern standard Time
in Australia.
I would imagine that I would receive may be one telephone call today. It is not very much but we need to provide it for some clients.
When a call comes through, the call needs to be logged and depending on the problem a message sent to one of several people.
If you currently operate a call centre and have someone available for perhaps one telephone call a day five days a week,
