As a growing business, I'm in need of a competent and detail-oriented virtual administrator to offer assistance for 4-5 hours daily. Your primary role will be to manage my emails and coordinate the interaction with 10-20 clients, ensuring that they receive the most efficient and professional service. Key Responsibilities: - Email and Project management: You'll be in charge of organizing my inbox, categorizing emails, and responding on my behalf where necessary. - Client Coordination: This will be your primary task. I need you to seamlessly manage the back-and-forth with our clients, scheduling meetings, and ensuring they are well-served.
