Request for Proposal: Development of Python-Based Task Distribution Web App

Project Overview: I am seeking a skilled web developer to create a Python-based web application that will serve as a task distribution and monitoring platform for a team. The primary goal of this application is to streamline the workflow by efficiently distributing tasks among team members while adding an engaging, gamified element to the process. Project Details: The web application will consist of the following key features: Dashboard: Display pending tasks in a stack, ordered by the time and date of request. Show team members with their current tasks stacked in order of priority (first in, first out). Display the time elapsed since a member started a task. Include a small avatar/character and an experience level indicator for each team member, representing their workload capacity. This can be set when adding a user. User Management: Admin page to add users with varying permissions. Different user roles, including managers (task assignment and task addition) and regular team members with multiple levels (task acceptance and progress tracking). Task Management: Ability for managers to add tasks to the pending queue and assign tasks to team members. Team members can accept, reject, or return tasks with provided justifications. Rejected or returned tasks will go to a separate queue below the pending task stack. Completed Tasks: Display completed tasks in a stack/queue on the right side. Provide statistics on how many tasks each team member has finished and the time spent on each. Backend Functionality: Store tasks, user data, logs, and historical information. Facilitate user authentication and authorization. Gamification Element (Future Work): Implement the ability to unlock or award achievements based on task completion and performance.
