As I understand from your job description, you need a simple scraper to get some information from Amazon. From my job experience, this is quite an easy work for me using Selenium library of Python. To demonstrate, please see some of my projects below. 5) A Trading BOT which scrapes cryptocurrency prices from various databases and APIs and compare them, showing that on a GUI. The BOT notifies the user via that GUI and Telegram for trading operations at the time when a profitable move is possible. 23) A Steam Inventory BOT which detects the changes in a profile and then update the Google Sheets for the website where the user has a trading market where he sells the items in his Steam. 30) A Discord BOT which scrapes key codes from a Discord server and apply them in a different website to get free money. (codes released as a part of images so image to text recognition is involved in the project as well) 37) A Market BOT which takes data from a .csv file and depending on the rows in that data, it creates listings in an online market. The amount of items are huge so the automation made it very easy and increased the profit.
