Hi I do have a primary developer for my site which i am very happy with, but i need a second developer from time to time as now. I have 2 sites in zen cart..so you MUSt be familiar with the zen cart overriding system. Means no hard code. Payment will be according to logical sense. There is no fixed rate or overcharged before the project starts. If money is what drives you dont bid. I am happily to pay you more than enough to the right person. Sometimes 30 usd, other times 40 usd, 50usd or bigger projects for 200-400usd. You must: - have good communication skills - speak english well - have patience - Do a good and precise job - Be effective - kind - not be obsessed with money - not charge for small fixes etc Since my experience is that most people dont read the proect i have made a litimation. Only those who have read this and that they have understood the content of this project are interesting for me.
