We need an experienced developer to translate the WordPress Admin Dashboard in Bulgarian. You'll need to translate the Plugins and the custom Theme Options, as well. Everything needs to be translated in Admin. The site was translated using qTranslate and now the Bulgarian Language option in Settings>General doesn't work. You'll need to fix this and probably re-install the Bulgarian language or the whole WordPress.
