Hello, I would like to work with a talented programmer to make a plan for a personal project of building an airline booking system that would be accompanied with an app for users. The emphasis would be on the booking system itself. Creating a passenger database, seat allocation, flight manifests, flight schedule etc There are similar projects on github to use as examples. This is a PLAN and not the development itself. My budget would not be high so please have a reasonable offer.
