Erstellen einer Wordpress-Vorlage

Hallo, i need a Gravity Form for my existing Wordpress Site like the one on [login to view URL] ([login to view URL]) How should it looks it? Left side: -First row with 3 Buttons and also an Other field. -Second row with 4 Buttons -City field (geolocation autofill) Right Side: - Expected view. As you can see at the airbnb form, it is a calculation form. It should be as simple as possible so we can take for the buttons simple static values. Only thing what is important, is that the result should only be shown and loaded if values for the first, second and city field is selected. City field: This should be a geolocation field as on the airbnb site. I don't want it that it is complex so if someone enters a city name, the value should be a random number between 1-5. If the city is one of the biggest 100 cities in europe ( i can provide such a list) the value should be something between 5-10. So you have to read out the city name (i think with javascript) compare it with a list of 100 cities and check if it is a big or normal one. Formula for the expected views is also quite simpel: (Value of the button at first row + value of the button at second row) * city value It is also important that you can style the form a bit like the airbnb one. So there should be also a icon on that button.
