We have wordpress website and was created to connect candidates and recruiters. Our users create profiles through Profile Grid plugin, and both candidates and recruiters can search for one another by searching for keywords that are on their profiles. Recruiters can find candidates in the matching industry/field that work/recruit in and vice versa. In order to prevent users from being spammed/harassed by others on our website, we want to fix the existing privacy system, so we would like to build a plugin for candidates and recruiters to be able to target if they would like to hide their profile from the search results. Along with changing the Privacy settings on the profile, we would also like the same exact checkbox section on the registration form because certain people would like their profiles to be hidden before they sign in to prevent people from seeing them.
