Connect Assure Sign API with Shopify Form

We want our customers to buy from our website by filling out the order form in place already but we want to include the Signature Function at the bottom above Submit Button. Once customer signs the form we want to receive a copy of the order with customer's digital signature printed on 4 different forms(Application form and 3 Direct Debit forms) and at the same time our customer should receive an email Containing the filled Order form with their signatures and copy of T&C and welcome letter. In order to achieve this we spoke to Assure Sign which is also being used by another company in NZ and they already have the same system in place for customers.(Please refer to [login to view URL]), We have already engaged Assure Sign to provide us the material required to implement this, but we need someone to implement this on our website.
