Hello Everyone. i need to build a website with same functions as [login to view URL] i want to add paypal payment system in it and i want it to be very professional. please read the terms below before placing your bid: 1- i will provide PSD Layered Design so you dont have to worry about the design issue cuz i am a designer myself. 2- No payment will be released before 100% completion of the whole project without any bugs because i had really bad experience with freelancers who leave you in the middle of the way 3- if you are not the Coder yourself please dont bother to bid because i will not consider outsourcers at all. 4- your english should be very fluent and i want to make sure you read the terms so i want you to write me 20 words brief about the website which i want. 5- work should be on a server of your own but it shouldnt be your website or a subdomain from your website or contains any information that referrs to your identity because the client will watch the work progress on it (you may buy a special domain for the project and i will pay for it) 6- the website will contain a control panel for the website owner to be able to modify products, prices, users, newsletters, purchases and give him full control over the website content. 7- security is an issue, i will make a security expert double check the website for any backdoors, or any potential security breaches and if any exist, the whole project will be cancled and you will get no payment. 8- all files to be delivered to me after finishing the project and you cant claim any rights on the project. 9- please give me the exact delivery date and you have to stick to it and i want to keep in touch with you and keep me updated with your workflow, any lake of communication for more than 3 days in any phase of the work the project would be cancled and no payment will be made. i am sorry for being strict in my terms but it is because i have a really bad experience with freelancers on this site and i dont wana suffer again. please only bid if you full read and understood those terms. i wish you the best of luck best regards.
