hair selection and photos retouching quick job

Hello. i have alot of photos for models i will start with 9 photos i want you to accuratly select the hair and save the selection and send the result as PSD file with saved selection i also want you to work on the skin tone and remove all the hair from the forehead of the girls and i want an extensive work on smoothening the hair without being reuined i want a sharp and smooth hair just like on the ads. i mean i want neat clean professional photos with the hair selected. i am willing to pay 3$ USD per photo but i may raise the budget if you showed me a really professional work on the attached photo. if you think you can handle this job i want you to do the attached photo and show me the accuracy of your work. and one last thing i want them all done in tow days. good luck
