Correct an HTTP 404 Not Found when clicking on a DB entry

I have a client that added an entry to the database with info pertaining to that entry, but when you click on that mysql entry from the PHP page on the website, you get a page not found. I need this corrected ASAP. It's small and simple but needed it now. if you go to [login to view URL], then obituary and click on the name, you will receive the error. this is my test site. i'll provide the customer site once you determine you can fix this problem.
