PHP/jQuery Guru Needed for Small Web App Browser Updates

Hi there! I developed a cool little quote builder web app in php/mysql for a client a few years ago that is iframed into their CMS site and it worked great. But now it is no longer working properly and I suspect that this is due to changes in javascript in the latest round of browsers. I'm looking for a skilled php developer with strong javascript/jQuery skills to set up a copy of the application up on their own lamp environment, test the app out and identify the issues and modify the code to resolve them. The app is single php page with 650 lines of code that uses a couple of jQuery libraries such as fancybox, smartpaginator and chained. When to code was written I made efforts to separate the php, javascript and html/css so the code is pretty clean and should be fairly easy to follow and update. Since the application is iframed into the client's cms site and security is not an issue for the app I'm just passing the user's information to the iframe via query string from the cms. There is one small function in the code the queries the cms database to retrieve the client's company name. In the development environment you will need to comment that code and hard code the variables with values to simulate this as the cms environment will not be provided. I'm looking for a fixed bid for the project and will provide candidates that I feel are qualified the url to review the production site. Once a candidate has been selected full source, code assets, and a database backup will be provided. Payment for the project will be made after a review of the developers version of the site is determined to work without issue. As developers ourselves we prefer to work directly one on one with a talented individual rather that with a formal structured IT business. Thus please feel free to dispense with the usual business blather and pablum in your bid responses. In fact boilerplate responses will be summarily ignored. However good communication skills are essential.
