I need to do this project for me Extentions: 101,102,103,104 etc (all the calls are diverted to their mobiles so users are always offline) DID NUMBER: 0123456 I want that when the user 101 calls the DID 0123456 the system asks which Extention do you have? the user digit 101 and then the system asks if he want to deactivate or activate the DND. Please let me know how can i do this. Thank you. P.S. Of course the audio file i will create them.

Hello, You need a kind of IVR configurator for enable or disable follow-me extension? If you are using FreePBX it can be handled from the follow-me menu. Need more details on your inbound routes because of the DID number. Ddo you already have the audio files you want to use for the IVRs ? If I understood this right, you need to prompt the user of an inbound call to a specific DID number you already have, to input his user number. After that you need to ask for a password, or not? Then ask to press a digit to activate and another to deactivate the DID for the user's extension. I need web and ssh root access to your system to make the necessary configurations and tests.
