Wordpress theme modifications and related work

The job is related to modification of an existing wordpress theme, modification of wordpress site structure and may involve some custom coding. Here are the required deliverables: 1. Modify wordpress theme based on image provided - may involve modification of css, xhtml, javascript and related elements. The amount of modifications will not amount to a new theme altogether - that's a promise. 2. Modify site structure - merging of posts from existing categories in to new or existing categories, update of tags with new names and related items. This is going to have to be scripted as manual changes will be a daunting task given the large number of posts. 3. Fix minor issues in existing wordpress plugins (image manipulation related - will not require change in functionality,just correction of errors) 4. Modification of base newsletter template to allow custom look with integrated ad rotator 5. Incorporate enhanced social media plugins to allow logins from popular social media networks, comment on posts and subscribe to newsletters. Payment - upon completion of work; can be held in escrow for assurance before commencing work.
