Wordpress fixes

I need some fixes and amendments to my wordpress site - **[login to view URL]**. These are as follows: 1. There are some compatibility issues with certain browsers - specifically IE7. * The footer image/copyright notice on my page is appearing in the middle of the screen in IE7, not in firefox/safari/chrome. I need this fixing. * The Search Box background appears larger and seems to overrun in IE7 * The site needs to work with ALL MAJOR and recent browsers 2. I need to have a drop down menu for sub-pages. On the live site, you will see undeneath PRESENT FUNDS, there are 3 sub-menu's. I need these to sub-menus to appear when PRESENT FUNDS is hovered over with the mouse. I also need to be able to add sub-menu's for the other pages when required. I have installed this Wordpress Plugin: [login to view URL] but I do not know how to integrate it into my site. Maybe this will help? I would like these drop menu's to appear along the top and on the right hand side menu. Thanks
