A Simple online and Android App

I am a system developer myself and am looking for a developer but I do not have enough time to work on this small project. My project setup is this. My project has two parts. Part A) Online Website. Part B) Android App. Each of these two sub projects are divided into two sections Section 1 Data entry form. Section 2 Report form. The winner shall be determined more by the qualifications they state on These two areas. Project details; The webpage: [Use case], I should be able to login Once login is authenticated, I Should see two menus. 1) Data manager, 2) Report manager. 1) Data manager. When User clicks on the menu data manager, the following happens. It opens a page that has a dropdown at the top: The dropdown picks its data from a table. say tabley [id,title,user_id, data_form_id] where user_id = logged_user] When a selection is made on the dropdown, it links to a form page. The form page. The controls on a form are stored in the database. (control type, control title, size, etc are all in the controls table with an FK form_id). The controls can be either (Edit box, date control or drop down list, ); But in the db, the control_types are saved as (1 - Whole number edit box, 2- Text edit box, 3- floating value edit box,4- Date datetime datecontrol, 5-Time 6-datecontrol, 7- droplist). [While quoting you must put the statement. "I am capable of doing the project" as a way to tell that you read the specifications] For the droplist control, The options are saved in another table, So you have to querry form controls from a table (where form_id = option_selected_in_the_droplist). So for each form, you querry form controls and create them dynamically using PHP, we can limit the number of controls per form to a number say 24, since you shall need to store the queried controls info in arrays. Once the form is submitted, The data in the controls is supposed to be saved in a database. Each form has a table linked to it, so form1 stores data in table1 etc. MENU 2: Report menu. The report menu has a dropdown with the different forms the user can view. Each report has the following details in its table; report title, number of columns, number of rows, Then it is linked to a table called report_columns . that has (id, report_id, col_title, column_width, column_ffield); Then the report is linked to a certain data table, say table1. so when One selects a dropdown option, a table is created depending on the report settings. NOTES: Only persons that can develop online applications and android applications should bid. I need this project developed in the shortest time possible.
