scripting required

Need a Java and PHP developer, who would need to write a script which will call another script. for e.g. <!-- [login to view URL] BEGIN --> <script type='text/JavaScript' src='[login to view URL]' defer='defer'></script> <!-- [login to view URL] END --> as you can see this script is calling another script from the website which has video information (like location and the postion of the video)
