PHP/MySQL/JS project

I am working on a form that has some problems and need some assistance. I am also adding more features to it. I need someone that is currently available to work, can work with me interactively for the full day, and can do this right now. I need a full day, at least, and I need that day to start now. I would like to have someone that already good with forms, PHP, JS, etc. that can help fix problems and will not start and then disappear, as it takes time to come up to speed. I will pay by the hour of work. I would prefer it be someone that is open to doing more work in the future as I spend too much time bringing a person up to speed. Please do NOT respond if you do not have at least 6 hours to work today. Please do NOT respond if you will start and then just disappear.
