penny auction site

we are looking for a clone of a mad bid/swoopo site, in which we would buy the code from you and then desing and layout the page ourselves. we want to be able - to manage our database ourselves - be able to track and separate all users and all auctions (past and current) - be able to use google analytics with site - be able to use vouchers (online and offline) - be able to track our vouchers / separate vouchers - want to have IP tracking access - want to host on our own servers - bid butler - be able to send newsletters to our users / select and group users to receive vouchers and emails/newsletters - Automated emails upon registration, as well as soon as account is accessed, more bids purchased etc - want to be able to pay with pay pal, credit cards etc - want to have option to put banners up/advertising on our site - Capacity to create limited auctions (ie. only users that have never won can bid) - Capacity to create user rules (ie. users can only win once a week and twice a month) We have software developer in company which will be able to tweak and add on things that are not offered by you. Ideally we want to code for the auction/bid butler and crm management. Thanks
