31355 Online PHP auction

The project consists of a sales manager system, where the user administers his sales on a virtual auction. The user creates an account, supply all the information needed (auction web site information, if necessary), and so the web site can manage his sales. To make this project, you may need to know how the auction web site works. Very similar to eBay, this website is a virtual auction site. However, the communications between buyer and seller is not allowed before the end of the auction or a bid in a "buy it now" option. The auction charges a few commissions, like: - Per product posted - Per product sold - product highlight The auction site sends an email to the seller with information regarding the buyer to each product sold (will be useful to my system), and other emails about different subjects. Any additional information about how the site works can be provided by request. How the auction manager should work. 1- The system catches and adds all the products the user sells in the auction web site. 2- When the product is sold, the auction sends an email to the seller, with all the information about the product and the buyer. (Name, nick, amount, price, email, phone, city/state address) 3- The system catches this email and automatically sends to the buyer a message (customized before), with information (price, shipping ...) so the buyer can proceed the payment and accomplish the buying process. 4- The system supply a shipping price table (configured by the admin) based in source/destination (city/state), but the user can choose to customize this table to fit his needs. 5- The user adds the payment information, shipping data, and the shipping price will be automatically measured, based on the standard table or in the users custom table. 6- The system generates the shipping labels to print, w/ information about the receiver, sender to be used for the product shipping. (The user defines what will be shown on the labels) 7- After the confirmation of all the data, the user ships the product and gets a tracking number w/ the carrier. This tracking number will then be inserted in the system that will automatically send an email to the buyer, so he can keep track of this product. 8- The system asks to the user, to give the feedback about the buyer. 9- The system allows the user to insert the price he paid and he sold each product, operational costs, and then calculates the profits. 10- The system gives out warnings about pendings, according to the time programmed by the administrator. This time can be customized by each user. (Ex. gives feedback, notify the buyer that did not give feedback, unpaid items, low stock...) 11- The system can make reports about the sales, products, profits x expenses, etc... 12- The user can send propaganda to all the clients stored on his system, selecting to witch one he wants to send, as well uploading his own contact list.
