We are in need of a full featured Campground/Hotel/Bed & Breakfast/Resort listing service script. Featuring: Searchable database for guests A general free listing form (password protected with verification sign up) as well as upgraded listing services for Properties, which include photo galleries,testimonials and other features. Must be PHP and use MySQL Database - Unix operating system. Must be able to use INCLUDES to have the information appear on the webpage so we can use a php template structure. (other than admin area which can be stand alone) Ability to create listing layout using includes or ##listing_feature## or $listing_feature format. (or something along those lines) We have different designs for the sites that this MUST fit into. Full Administration Panel - see the attachment This must be a general program as we want to use it on four different sites. It must have features for our clients to be able to upload to their servers and install the program. (MySQL Set up etc.) BANNER rotation for each AREA (region) and each STATE/PROVINCE pages and FEATURE Properties (3 different banner rotators).
