Integrate AB Google Map Travel & Contact Form 7 (with the contact form 7 dynamic text extension). - repost

I have built a website for a business I would like to try: it's a courier service based in Argentina. The website I have done in wordpress gives the user the opportunity to enter the From and To address for a specific job. Thanks to the AB Google Map Travel plugin (that I've tweaked), I can get a price based on the distance. Now, I am trying to pass this price into a field on a form (I'm using the Contact Form 7 plugin with its dynamic text extension) where I ask users to enter their contact details... With no luck (I'm not really a coder). I'm using already freely available plugins to keep the cost of the development low. I'm sure this could be done quickly by someone who knows a little bit about coding plugins in Wordpress (javascript and php).
