Generate IP/Domain Name license key

I need a registration script that will generate a Lic Key for my scripts. Each lic key will be good for the domain/ip assigned to it. I need the ability to control the registration key on my server so if someone breaks my terms I can shut the site down. If someone tries to install the site on another domain/ip the script will not work. I am looking for an already made script and mot someone to build it. I need this ASAP and I must be able to test the entire script before I release any money for it. The script must be programmed by you and not some free unsecure gpl stuff. Do not even try to sell me something that dont belong to you. I DO NOT need you to install the script on my server I am perfectly able to impliment this into my scripts and install on my server myself. Budget is $75 and under ONLY !! I know how to program I just dont have the time to make this script myself. If you do not understand what I want then please do not waste your time or mine. I need to see demos and I need for you to supply me with that demo in PM. Please do not show me your portfolio as I dont need to see it, only show me a demo to a script that I am requesting.
