Gallery Integration into Website

I need to integrate something similar to the photo features on [login to view URL] into my site see yelp example here [login to view URL] I am looking for a vertical slide of thumbnails on the right side of the main (big) [login to view URL] user should be able to move pictures on the vertical slide see this demo for instance : [login to view URL](2) but I want that on the right side and vertical and be open all the time. If user clicks on the big pictures it will become bigger using something like: [login to view URL] So actually if you can integragte [login to view URL] into my site half the project considered done. The other half: "Add Photos": same as on ylep, make the users able to add photos. I need an option in admin to disable this feature and to enable/disable option for an "Admin review pictures before publishing". Also flag "report inappropriate photo" is needed.
