We need someone who can take an installation of Drupal (we'll install and provide FTP access to our development server), a set of screenshots, text files and cut up graphics (which our design department will supply) and produce a Drupal skin based on the Zen theme. The skin will need to be pixel perfect to the design intentions, fully W3C validated XHTML with all style in CSS and Javascript in external JS libraries. Some Javascript image functionality is required for sliders and this must use JQuery. The initial population of a small amount of web pages (approx 5) will be required with the text and images supplied. Budget $250 to $400. Completion required within 6 working days of bidding closing. Please don't bid if you cannot achieve that timeframe. We have several other similar Drupal projects to post soon so if interested please keep an eye out for those.
