We have a fairly simple Drupal 6 theme which we wish to re-create on the Omega framework for Drupal 7. Deliverables would include the full set of theme files and any assets. We wish for the theme to be slightly re-designed to include a "responsive" design, but for the most part is should match the current theme exactly.
