CakePHP Web Services Developer

Looking for a motivated developer with CakePHP Framework experience to develop the MVC layers of a web application for an existing MySQL database design. MVC will need to support Web front end as well a RESTful interface for use from iPhone and iPad applications. Must be able to work well with other development teams building the Web UI & the Mobile Applications. The CakePHP MVC will need to support Sessioned Web Services (authenticated users) and non-Sessioned Web Services. Must have proven abilities in the following areas: CakePHP 1.3 PHP 5.2 + Solid Understanding of CakePHP MVC Stack, Helpers and Elements & API Expertise in CakePHP Optimization with respect to MySQL Queries and Updates Expertise in setting up CakePHP Authentication & Secure Sessions Solid HTML, CSS, Javascript to support Web Interface Design Experience with Optimization Techniques for high-speed delivery of lists MySQL 5.5 +
