154719 Wordpress Dynamic Panel Adjust

Please go to http://giftgadgetgateway.com. You will see the dynamic panel on the right loaded upon startup and then loads again with an animation of the panel folding out. This occurance seems to happen over and over again from page to page. I need this to stop. The panel should load without any actions and should load from page to page without any actions as well. Once one of the categories is clicked upon, then and only then should the action take place. The dynamic action is done in javascript by the theme creator and can be modified. If you cannot modify the script then please come up with another workaround. This is one task and one task only. Shouldn't take up too much time for someone who knows what their doing. Thanks
