SST (Sea Surface Temperature) Java Applet

Need java applet or flash that can be used on our site [[login to view URL]][1] for Sea Surface Temperature charting. You can see an example of basically the functionality I want here <[login to view URL]> I want to be able to set the waypoints just like that, zoom, but I also want to be able to print the chart with the waypoints that the user selected included at the bottom of the printed chart and labled on the chart. I also want it to place our logo and information at the bottom under the chart when it is printed. It also like the example needs to be able to display the lat/long as the mouse is dragged over the chart image. I have included an example that I made to show what I want the applet to look like, this is an exact size that I want, 700px wide. As you can see I want the buttons for reseting the waypoints, zooming, and printing on the left menu at the top, when the user click the map I want the waypoints in lat/long to appear on the left up to a maximum selectable of about 10-15 waypoints. I want the copyright notice on the lower portion of the menu. I also want the temperature bar on the menu (just as it appears, that is the range I want to use). I want the lat/long grid that will appear of the chart image in the ranges that are shown in the example and the grid overlay. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This will be used on our webserver and should be both IE and Netscape compliant.
