Need a Keyword type script make

Hello, I am in need of a script that will read the content on my website and what ever word that I have in a master list it will produce a button beside the word and have alittel drop down that shows what it is related too. It need to work alittle like this [login to view URL];_ylt=AsJUHpV0O47CxOFAC_tRszSs0NUE;_ylu=X3oDMTA2Z2szazkxBHNlYwN0bQ-- Look at the word Iraq. There is a little button beside it that will do a search for what is related to it. What I want is something like that, kind of vis versa. Where I create a file that has Keywords and a link to the keyword. Then when someone loads a page on my site the keyword file is run through the page and if it find a keyword that is in the keyword list. It will have a button beside the word. Then you can click it and it pop up a window that will show all the links that are realted to it. The only links it will show is what I have put in the keyword list that are related to that keyword. Like if in the keyword list I have the follow: cars = [login to view URL] ( Short Describtion ), [login to view URL] ( Short Describtions ) Candy = [login to view URL] ( Short Describtion ) Then the kwy word file is called on like a include and if in the page I created it has the word Candy or candy. It will have a little button beside it and you can click it and it will show whatever is related to that word.
