Develop new website

I'm looking for someone with advanced experience to help me make changes to an existing web template. Here's a link to the template [login to view URL] and here's what I need done to this template: 1) move the menu from the right side of the screen to the left side 2) when the menu needs to open and close on mouse over 3) when the menu is closed it still needs to show icons for each item in the menu 4) when menu is open it shows the icons (as when menu closed) but also text 5) when an item on the menu is clicked, the page won't scroll up and down like it currently does. Instead it will have a white background transitioning effect as well as the menu closes automatically (as it does right now)before displaying the new page 6) when an item in the menu is clicked, we will display a section title on each page that will look similar to this [login to view URL] except that the background image height will be less than half I need someone that can start working on this right away and provide me the end result in a couple of hours.
