I need a coder who has demonstrable coding experience with PHP/MYSQL based traffic generation (exchange) scripts and a knowledge of traffic generation issues, e.g., cheating, and the security measures required to minimize the same. I would prefer a coder with excellent demonstrable design skills and the ability to create visually appealing Flash type animations. The traffic generation system I have in mind will provide the core user and admin functionality common to this type of script (first phase) with modules that provide an overall theme for the site (including the above-mentioned animations) in which specific interactions occur between members to win or earn points, being phased in later. The basic core functionality should include the normal member surfing for credits functions but also allow for non-member surfing in which no credits are earned or, at admin discretion on a membership level basis, expended. Members will be able to choose to simply surf or adopt a character to become more involved in the theme. The basic functionality will include the ability to join a team for daily/weekly competition purposes The basic functionality for phase 1 does not need to include a 'downline' builder but must allow for members to earn an admin set percentage of purchases made by their direct referrals. Detailed requirements for phase 1 and a big picture description of the theme phases will be provided on request. I need someone who has all the skill sets required for the project and is prepared to see all phases through to completion. Interested parties will need to provide examples of their work which demonstrate their having the required skills.
