TCP component

What I am looking for is a component similar to the Winsock Control with the exception of a few things. First, there should be 2 dataarrival events. One for the server and another for the client. For the server, the parameters would be id, stringdata and filedata. The id would represent the number of the client that sent the information. The string data would be the data sent from the client that did not come from a file. The file data would be the data coming from a file. The dataarrival event for the client would be just string data and file data. Also a clientsenddata and serversenddata methods. The parameters for the server is id, string data and file data. For the client, just string data and file data. The dataarrival event should not be fired until all the data has been received from the request including the file information. Other methods are listen and connect. For the client, its connect and for the server, listen. The component needs to handle the multiple connections so the only thing the application needs to worry about is matching the numbers given to communicate back to the client. The properties needed are localport, remotehost, remotehost. Also needs an error event. That should work the same way as the Winsock as far as the errors returned. The only parameter for the error event is the message. The other event is the close event. When a client closes out of the connection, if there is an array used, it needs to reuse that for the next client connecting. ## Deliverables Need the dll and to provide support on implementing this. Can be done with other languages if needed for the dll. ## Platform Windows 2000, Windows XP
