Stock Charting Program

Looking to build a Stock Analysis Charting system exactly the same as the one on [login to view URL] The charting system must be able to do all same functions and once it is fully working I can just provide the data feed into the charting system. All workings will be mine on completion and I will only accept a high quality person for this task. Would be helpful if the person/team was familar with Technical Analysis functions and was easily able to understand what I am looking for. Please email for further clarification etc
