Travel Website with XML integration with Expedia/IAN

We are looking for someone who can develop the travel website with integration of XML access granted by expedia/ian.com. Its an affiliate website which has been granted access to XML feeds from expedia. We need a web programmer to develop scripts to enable the remote searching using XML feeds from expedia/IAN.com. Following the homepage search, the next page with results will still be hosted on the site and the third page with property details will also stay on our server. Once visitor clicks to book the room, he will be transferred to [login to view URL]'s server to make the reservation. [login to view URL] would be processing the payments. So programming will be needed for these three types of pages to fetch/parse the data from xml access. If possible we would also like to integrate the data from some other sources for maps (google) and weather information (weather channel) on the search results pages. At this point we are not planning to provide booking facility on our server and therefore programming is needed only to fetch/parse the XML or using the webservices SOAP client. The work submitted should not infringe any other copyrights held by any other third party and any liabilities arising out of copyright infringement would be supplier's (freelancer) responsibility. The work once submitted will become our property and we will hold copyright for it and reserve the right to re-use/ re-publish in our future projects. Payment would be in form of freelancer's milestone based payments. Freelancer should mention the duration of support they are able to offer once the project is completed.
