Adding ASP site functionality

Hello, I offer "online continuing education" courses, and I want to add a "license Search" functionality to the "registration" process,. To see the functionality (what I seek) you can go here; <[login to view URL]> For testing purposes, you can utilize MY Texas State Electrician License number, which is 11562. I have viewed the "Source Code" , therefore I'm aware that it refers to a "form1" which is where I get stuck! LOL A "license search" function for MY sites, involves about 150,000 Texas electrical Licenses, which are contained in a "State of Texas" Database, and there is no API solution. MY current "registration" can be seen below, page data is manually entered, if you wish to try it, it WILL function, but it WON'T hurt anything. <[login to view URL]> After some research I have discovered a couple of things.... 1. Here is a quote from the Texas State licensing Websites' "webmaster"; "We do not have an API for you to use and do not authorize any reuse of our licensing data other than a link to our licensing search page at <[login to view URL]> . I hope this answers your inquiry." Therefore... The function would require that the information be extracted from that webpage... OR 2. It would require a database set-up of MY OWN, to be updatable via another link to downloadable CSV (comma delimited) spreadsheets, found here; <[login to view URL]> Then searched from my/your new webpages for my sites registration process. I'm sorry that I cannot offer better information, but that is what I HAVE figured out for myself so far.
