I need to create editable pdf file with inputs, which at the end will have printable outputs in 5 formats. , Four will be certificate based on chosen answers in the file, the second output will be printing the envelope based on chosen answer in the input file and the third one would be saving the document in specified folder based on anser in form one. ALso I would like to have possibility of having the app to send reminders based on the date specified in the input form, for example send reminder in 5 years from now. Also I would need to make documents after saving to be password protected, so the password could be chosen somewhere in the beginning. I have template pdf files which can be used as output, only the data need to be imported from the input file. I welcme suggestions for how to make it work.
