Question and answer landing page for mortgages. Need a form for mobile devices that can show one question after another without page loads, then submit all data once all questions are answered. One question per screen at a time, need ability test combining some question on a screen and question order in the future, so being able to track the duration of answering each question is essential (just provide the hooks). Address and contact info may be combined on two pages the first release. The mobile version may have questions like [login to view URL] or lowermybills.com. There is extra data that needs to be added to the form elements from Lead ID. Lead Link spec is attached. Create all code in a folder to be installed on a server. Spec of field types, questions, and available answers will be provided.
