- Issue form with 3-4 fields (one from dictionary) with contact info
- person who registered issue has access to issue with unique link or numer
Back End:
- workflow for issue (state machine): <REGISTERED>,<IN PROGRESS>, <DONE>, <WAITING FOR RESPONSE>
- change state with button
- make internal notes
- assign a person in charge (responsible to dealing with registered issue)
- ability to send /receive information to person who registered issue (simple chat), and drop a file for it
- authorization module do people who will deal with issues
