Create a basic setup for a chrome extension

The chrome extension should be used locally and open a new tab where a setting can be made and the status is visible. The extension should connect to a [login to view URL] server url and write received JSON msg to local file using the FileSystem API. The only two settings are the [login to view URL] server url and the local file location. On the page it should be visible that the connection is active (green or closed red). There should be a button to connect and disconnect. The connection should try to re-connect when connection is lost. The local file name is determined by the user. Any new message overwrites the previous content. Only the last received message is stored in the file. The file location should be visible on the page. This is a setup project which will be developed upon in the future. It will be used for a proof of concept in this stage.
