Programming of a local svg barcode javascript generator

DESCRIPTION: Features of the work: --- It is a local program made in HTML and Javascript to by run and tested in a browser (Firefox or Chrome) to load a csv file with the list of code bars, and generate this codebars as svg vector image file, with the barcode as the file names. The program must have the possibility of running for a long time. The program will only generate a barcode if it does not exits in the current directory. The program will support for the barcode types of EAN13 and CODE128. The generated barcode images will have the 1D bar code (black and white vertical lines) and bellow the text of the barcode,for example 0123456789. The program DOES NOT NEED an Internet connection at all. The program does not use any barcode webserver. The program generate the barcode by itself, codifying a SVG filem that is a special XML file type. The steps of the program are: A.- Load of HTML simple page with TITLE: BATCH SVG BARCODE GENERATOR BY FILE and a BUTTON: load csv B.- The loadcsv functions runs on click. C.- Loading of csv file D.- Verifications of csv file data integrity It will have only 2 data fields: DATA = the barcode to generate TYPE = the barcode type, choosing from code128 and ean13 E.- Launch loop for ean13 barcode generation F.- Launch loop for ean13 barcode generation G.- Write down into the webpage a debug table with the running results: barcodes generated or not and errors Needless to say: -- I expect a professional work. Bug debugging is important. Only people with experience in this area. I do not pay upfront. I only pay through freelancer.com. I can not move this project outside of freelancer.com. Milestones: -- 1.- Presentacion html page and basic functions declaration. 2.- Load of csv file into array. 3.- Loop for generating code128 codebars. 4.- Loop for generating ean13 codebars. 5.- Insertion of function to check if a file exits. 6.- Final review. ESTIMATED DIFFICULT: It is an easy program. It could be delivered in 2 or 3 days.
