Uploading video/audio into database using cold fusion

I need the script with details, fully commented of the process of uploading video/audio/interactive into the database after converting the different file formats (see below) to one type - video:flv, audio:wav Acceptable File Formats: Audio: AIFF, GSM, IFF-8SVX, MIDI, MP2, MP3, OGG Vorbis, Sun Audio, Wave Video: AVI, IFF-ANIM+SLA, IFF-ANIM+ANFI, MPEG-1, MPEG-2 VOB, QuickTime Movie Interactive: IBM HotMedia, QuickTime QTVR^, Flash^ The script should be written in CFML (cold fusion 7/8), using Flash Media Server (if necessary) and Adobe Flex 2.
