website design + program start RIGHT NOW EASY MONEY

i'm reposting this project after the people that originally took it out after 3 days have pretty done nothing.. i need a website made like [login to view URL] different colors but much simpler no flash and search function; the overall layout is about the same. there will be a login section at the top, pricing, certified, about us, faq and contact us section details of the project: 1) I'll need a small logo design similar to mcaffee that people can put on their sites which will have a different verified since date depending on when you signed up.(see top right [login to view URL]) 2)when you click on this logo when you see it on someone else's site, there will be a popup box pop showing the name of the site date verified as well as 2 boxes at the bottom where you can click which link to 2 different areas of my main site. 3) for the members area there's affiliate program,faq section,website code section and a support section. once chosen i'll give you an exact website to copy just need to change the design, logo and some of the text; easy job Additional information submitted: clarifications i'll need a username signup and database setup for #1 people will need to be able to copy a line of script from the members area which will allow them add my seal to their site.. this is what i'm talking about in #1 there's some programming knowledge needed for this project... make sure you have the proper qualifications....
